Refund policy

At Amna Fatima Studio, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our curated pieces. However, if your purchase isn't quite right, we are here to ensure the process is as seamless as possible.

1. The Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Condition of Item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and Unused: In the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: With all tags and original studio packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your digital or printed invoice.

3. Our Refund Process

Once your return arrives at our studio, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status:

  • Approval: If approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).

  • Timeline: The credit typically appears within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

4. Exchanges (Size & Style)

If the fit isn’t perfect, we are happy to exchange your item for a different size or another design, subject to availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Email to reserve your replacement piece.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection, but if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item.

  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to the studio.
